• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT, IoT, networking, telecommunications, hardware, or system integration projects.

• Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, from planning through execution and delivery.

• Good understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, customers, vendors, and technology partners.

• Proficient in project management tools and documentation practices.

• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Knowledge & Experience

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills involving:

  • Hardware

  • Firmware

  • Network connectivity

  • System integration issues

• Good understanding of networking fundamentals:

  • TCP/IP

  • DHCP / DNS

  • VLAN

  • Routing & Switching

  • Firewall concepts

  • WiFi technologies

• Experience with IoT device integration and cloud-based platforms.

• Experience handling customer-facing technical discussions and solution coordination.

• Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.

• Experience working with IT hardware, CPE devices, routers, access points, or smart devices is an advantage.

• Possess own transportation and willing to travel for project requirements.

• Willing to provide after-hours support when required.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IoT, IT hardware, networking, and system integration projects.

• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, resources, and deliverables.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and progress tracking.

• Coordinate with engineering teams, customers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project execution.

• Conduct project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely resolution of issues.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

• Manage change requests, technical issues, and project dependencies.

• Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed quality standards.

• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:

  • Project plans

  • Meeting minutes

  • Technical reports

  • Deployment checklists

  • Project handover documents

• Support customer acceptance testing (UAT), deployment activities, and post-implementation follow-up.
