• Strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills

• Handle secretarial and administrative duties, including minutes-taking
• Assist in daily administrative and operational matters
• Coordinate meetings, events, and correspondence
• Prepare monthly status and activity reports
• Provide support and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Executive Director
