Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills to effectively address operational challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with diverse clients and stakeholders.
岗位职责
Monitor emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Checking documents to ensure all data is correct and complete for and shipment preparation
Promptly respond to customers upon receiving new orders or inquiries.
Coordinate and understand customer requirement and arrange transportation and forwarding services as per customer expectations.
Ensure all customer request are fulfilled and provide shipment information to customer timely
Ensure document receive from customer is in order before hand over to operation team for custom document preparation.
To liaise with internal departments and vendors to facilitate shipments.
Work cohesively with colleagues and provide assistance to team when required.
Update customer the status of shipment.
Proactively to resolve issues with operations team.
report to superior upon receiving new inquiries from customer
Assist with internal communication regarding job schedules related to import/export shipments, ensuring alignment with operational timelines and client expectations.
Perform other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
