Job Description

Requirements

  • 最低SPM/STPM/文凭或同等学历。
  • 至少1年相关领域工作经验。
  • 必需语言：普通话、英语、马来语。

  • 建筑行业和现场经验者优先考虑。
  • 良好的人际关系、沟通和演讲技巧。

Responsibilities

  • 规划、组织、实施和监控指定项目的现场工作。
  • 与客户或项目顾问沟通项目活动。
  • 协调项目活动，确保所有任务按照项目进度完成。
  • 管理和监督现场工人，确保他们的安全、纪律、出勤和工作时间。
  • 确保现场日常运作，并在现场工人、承包商、客户之间充当联络人，进行有效沟通并解决可能出现的问题。
  • 准备和生成管理审查的进展报告。
