We're Looking For:
Fluent in Mandarin and Traditional Mandarin (spoken, read & written)
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as this is JUNIOR role
No prior experience required – training will be provided
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

What You'll Do:
Handle customer inquiries via Voice, Chat, and Email (primarily Chat & Email)
Resolve customer issues while achieving SLA, Quality, and CSAT targets
Accurately document customer interactions using CRM systems
Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
