What you'll do:
- Assist the Outlet Leader in daily store operations and team management.
- Ensure smooth workflows, from staff schedules to product displays.
Who you are:
- Some store management experience and great team spirit.
- Organized, calm under pressure, and a fan of baked goods!
Job Responsibilities (Event & Outlet):
Event:
- Event Preparation: Create detailed checklists for each roadshow event, ensuring all tasks and materials are accounted for.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation and logistics for equipment, products, and staff to event locations.
- Event Setup: Oversee the setup and breakdown of stalls, ensuring everything is organized and visually appealing.
- Sales Management: Manage and drive sales during the event, ensuring customer satisfaction and a strong representation of the brand.
- Reporting: Prepare outlets reports, post-event reports, including sales performance, feedback, and other relevant metrics.
- Cash Handling: Safely manage cash transactions during events and ensure timely bank deposits to the company
Outlet:
- Manage daily outlet operations.
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff.
- Train staff on drink preparation and proper use of equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage stock orders.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Handle customer issues professionally and provide excellent service.
- Maintain cleanliness and outlet standards.
- Build strong customer relationships to increase loyalty.
- Achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
