Minimum experience as a Barista. Fresh graduate or Zero Experience also encouraged to apply.

Strong knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Team-oriented, dependable, and able to lead by example.

Ability to work under pressure and maintain service quality during peak hours.

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based beverages according to café standards.

Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewing devices.

Ensure consistency in beverage preparation and presentation.

Provide friendly and professional customer service.

Take customer orders accurately and process payments when required.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and seating area.

Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Assist senior baristas or supervisors during peak hours.

Educate customers on menu items and recommend beverages.
