Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years of working experience in recruitment, human resources and administration roles.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and relevant regulations in multiple Southeast Asian countries, capable of ensuring full legal compliance of local employment, with solid understanding of local cultural differences and proven experience in handling complex compliance issues.
Fluent English proficiency as a daily working language, capable of communicating smoothly with cross-border teams and employees at all levels. Proficiency in any local Southeast Asian language is a strong plus.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, highly detail-oriented with strong execution capability, able to independently coordinate and manage multiple parallel HR and administration tasks.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in integrated HR recruitment & administration roles focused on the Southeast Asia region. Proven track record in setting up overseas office admin systems and implementing full-process local employee welfare arrangements is highly preferred.

2、负责招聘渠道的开发与管理,协助办理员工的入职、转岗、调动及离职面谈等人事手续,确保各项流程的合规性和顺畅执行;
3、负责团队所在国家的薪酬福利、假期等政策的调研分析及实施,确保员工权益的合规性和完整性,并提供专业的政策咨询;
4、负责办公行政全流程管理:统筹办公场地的日常运维,包括办公物资采购、办公环境维护、固定资产盘点与管理,保障海外办公点的日常运转顺畅;
5、负责行政类合规事务:对接当地物业、供应商完成各类行政类证照的年审、续期,管控行政类预算支出,定期完成行政费用的核对与报销,确保所有行政流程符合当地监管要求与公司内部制度。
Job Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for roles across Southeast Asia, aligning hiring plans with business objectives and ensuring timely achievement of talent acquisition targets.
Develop and manage diverse recruitment channels; assist in processing employee onboarding, internal transfers, role adjustments, and exit interviews, ensuring full compliance and seamless execution of all HR procedures.
Research, analyze, and implement local compensation, benefits, and leave policies in each Southeast Asian market; ensure legal compliance and comprehensive employee entitlements, while providing expert policy guidance to local teams.
Oversee full-cycle office administration: manage daily operations of overseas office spaces, including procurement of office supplies, maintenance of work environments, and inventory control of fixed assets, to guarantee smooth and efficient daily operations.
Manage administrative compliance matters: coordinate with local property managers and vendors for annual renewal and extension of administrative licenses and permits; control administrative budgets, reconcile expenses, and process reimbursements to ensure full alignment with local regulations and internal corporate policies.
