BEAUTY TRAINER

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct training for beauticians on treatment techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
• Develop and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs
• Provide hands-on practical training and demonstrations
• Evaluate trainees’ performance and ensure competency standards are met
• Support new outlet openings with on-site training and guidance
• Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams on new treatment launches
• Monitor service quality and provide corrective coaching when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company protocols, hygiene, and safety standards
• Prepare training reports and maintain proper training records

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience in the beauty/aesthetic industry
• Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking trainees
• Prior training experience is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of facial, body, and/or aesthetic treatments
• Willing to travel between outlets if required
