Possess a valid First-Class Boilerman Certificate (Grade 1) issued by DOSH / relevant authority

Minimum 2 years of working experience operating industrial steam boilers (water tube / fire tube / biomass / gas / diesel, etc.)

Able to work independently and on rotating shifts

Good knowledge of boiler safety procedures and emergency shutdown handling

Physically fit and responsible with good discipline

Candidates with multi-skill experience (e.g. utility, air compressor, chiller, or maintenance) will be an added advantage

Operate and monitor steam boilers safely and efficiently

Perform routine start-up, shutdown, pressure and temperature control of the boiler system

Conduct regular inspection of boiler equipment, pumps, valves, gauges, and safety devices

Record boiler operation data and complete daily log sheets

Ensure compliance with DOSH/JKKP (or local authority) boiler safety regulations

Carry out basic maintenance and report any abnormalities to the supervisor

Assist in energy-saving initiatives and ensure optimal boiler efficiency

Support emergency response during boiler failure or breakdown
