Have a skills in SQL Payroll System & Time attendance
Experience 2 years above
Must posses degree in HR, Admin or related field
Able to work with minimum supervision
岗位职责
Responsible for full spectrum of HR which include recruitment and selections, training and development, performance management, and industrial relation.
Payroll process using SQL Payroll & QSOLVE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
Formulated new SOP in company.
Formulate and review HR related policies, operating procedures,workflow and process,salary grade and etc.
To conduct performance appraisal and ensure all information are fairly reviewed and conducted in a professional manner.
Administer staff benefits such as leave management, allowances, medical claim, etc.
Do a company profile.
To conduct counseling session with staff who facing difficulty in current roles.
Handling disciplinary issue to ensure employee’s discipline are well maintained.
To register SOCSO for staff.
Handle recruitment process.
To coordinate new staff on board process including induction training programs, thumbprint setup, distributing accesscard,workstation,stationaries etc.
Update and manage employee records,leave status.
Deal with statutory authorities such as EPF,SOSCO, PCB and related department.
Responsible to do training plan.
Responsible to incharge recruitment account.
Responsible to apply PSU (Program Subsidi Upah) for company.
Updated new organization chart, Memo, Notice board tec.
Arrange party, family day, dinner etc.
To buy office equipment.
To set KPI for all employees
Any other duties as assigned by Muat management
