• Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.

• Team Management Hiring, Training and Engagement of the team.

• Supporting and coaching team members to carry out cluster activities

• Ensuring targets of leads and app downloads, customer acquisition and quality customers are met for the assigned areas and team members

• Provide insights to the team members regarding issues and challenges faced by customers

• To do RCA on customer complaints and take necessary actions

• Process Design, Implementation and Improvisation

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports about the team's performance and share with the management
