岗位职责
* Assist in daily sales gallery or branch operations.
* Attend to walk-in customers, calls, and enquiries.
* Support sales agents with project information, pricing, packages, and availability.
* Prepare and update booking forms, customer details, and sales documents.
* Coordinate with sales admin, bankers, lawyers, and agents for sales follow-up.
* Monitor booking status, loan submission, SPA signing, and pending documents.
* Update sales reports, customer database, and daily branch activities.
* Ensure all sales materials, forms, brochures, and project information are available and updated.
* Assist in arranging customer appointments, site visits, and sales gallery viewings.
* Support branch events, roadshows, launches, and marketing activities.
* Maintain proper filing and documentation for branch records.
* Report daily updates and issues to the Branch Manager
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
