• Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC experience
• Proficient in CAM, Mastercam, and FANUC systems
• Strong quality-first mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical setups independently
• Good team player who works well with others
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Independently set up and operate CNC milling and turning centres
• Select suitable cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials, including stainless steel, titanium, and high-strength alloys
• Continuously optimise CNC programs to reduce cycle time, improve surface finish, and extend tool life
• Read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and part requirements accurately
