Handle enquiries from boat owners, tenants, and visitors
Coordinate communication between marina management and customers.
Coordinate with KL office on Invoice / billing preparations / follow up on outstanding payments
Update and track contracts, invoices, and service requests.
Assist in preparing & application of Licenses with authorities (including renewals).
Support marina operations team with administrative coordination.
Job Requirements
Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact profesionally with customers, boat owners, tenants, suppliers, and government authorities.
Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to assist with general marina operations and occasional work outside normal office hours when required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
