Position 1: Accounting Manager

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification.

• 8–10 years' accounting experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

• Experience in property development/construction industry is essential.

• Strong knowledge of MFRS, Companies Act, taxation, treasury and project accounting.

• Experience in Group consolidation, budgeting and audit management.

• Strong leadership and analytical skills.

Position 2: Senior Finance Executive

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MICPA or equivalent).

• Minimum 3 years' relevant accounting experience.

• Experience in financial reporting, audit and taxation.

• Knowledge of MFRS, tax legislation and Companies Act.

• Property development/construction experience is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English.

• Meticulous, responsible and able to meet deadlines.

Position 1: Accounting Manager

• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts department.

• Review monthly management accounts and statutory financial statements.

• Manage treasury, cash flow, budgeting and financial planning.

• Oversee taxation, statutory compliance and external audit.

• Review project costing, POC recognition and project financing.

• Lead Group reporting, Board papers and corporate finance assignments.

• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs and mentor the finance team.

Position 2: Senior Finance Executive

• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.

• Prepare statutory financial statements and coordinate audit matters.

• Handle tax computations, tax estimates and liaise with tax agents.

• Prepare project cash flow forecasts and annual budgets.

• Monitor collections and support treasury functions.

• Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretary and other professional advisers.

• Assist in Group reporting and other finance-related assignments.
