• Assist the Lead Designer in the day-to-day work performance.

• Plan, coordinate and supervise major design work and activities of the oil and gas project.

• Identify and resolve design issues which are critical for project completion.

• Execution of a significant design task with minimal supervision

• Prepare technical drawings from design sketches and engineering data.

• Monitor the effectiveness of the project quality system and recommends changes for improvements where applicable.

• Check the engineering deliverables for correctness and quality, marks-up any comments or revision on these documents and ensure that the changes are included and completed on the latest copies of all affected document

• Report direct to the respective Senior/Lead Discipline Engineer and responsible to the Senior Discipline Engineer relating to the project.

• Assist Discipline Engineer to perform site visit, red line mark-up and site visit report.

• Participate Design Review i.e. Site Visit Finding Review and etc whenever required.

• Ensure all the red line mark-ups are updated / incorporated correctly to the as-built drawings.

• Undertake any other duties as appropriate within their competency, as required by their supervisor from time to time.

• Integrated and/or consider Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (QHSSE) element in all activities to ensure company’s QHSSE objectives and targets are met
