Minimum SPM or higher qualification.

Possess own transportation.

Good command of English with strong communication and customer service skills.

Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.

Able to work under pressure and support extended working hours during peak and festive seasons.

Experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or retail operations will be an added advantage.

Manage inventory movement, including stock monitoring, stock allocation, and stock transfers.

Support daily e-commerce sales operations and monitor unpicked or missed orders through the POS system.

Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and operational processes.

Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and smooth coordination between stores and the e-commerce team.
