Position : Experienced Baker
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience,
- Work 5 days (9 hours/day)
- Shift : 7am - 5pm / 12pm - 10pm
- Salary : RM3,500 - RM4,000 (depends on experiences)
Position : Junior Baker
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
Baking & Food Preparation
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to standardized recipes.
- Bake pastries, Sugar Rolls & Swiss Rolls to perfection.
- Monitor oven temperatures, baking times, and overall product quality.
- Decorate or finish products as required (e.g., glazing, icing, garnishing)
Product Quality & Presentation
- Ensure all pastry items meet company quality and consistency standards.
- Maintain an attractive and fresh display of baked goods throughout the day.
- Discard or report items that do not meet standards of freshness or appearance.
Food Safety & Cleanliness
- Follow all health and safety guidelines including hygiene, sanitation, and storage protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and preparation areas.
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and storage of ingredients and finished product
Inventory & Supplies
- Monitor ingredient levels and notify Supervisor of low stock or supply needs.
- Receive, check, and store deliveries in accordance with food safety practices.
- Minimize waste by following portion control and inventory guidelines.
Support & Coordination
- Collaborate with kiosk staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist with kiosk setup, restocking, or customer service as needed during non-peakbaking hours.
- Report equipment issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages promptly.
Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen
- Formal baking or culinary certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in baking or pastry preparation (1–2 years preferred).
- Knowledge of baking techniques, pastry preparation, and food safety standards.
- Good time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product consistency.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or shifts based on bakery needs.
