Candidates with confidence and a strong sense of responsibility, who are self-starters with a positive attitude, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates should possess knowledge of tourism products and itinerary planning, along with a customer-focused mindset.
Candidates should have a good understanding of, or be willing to learn, travel tour software such as Computer Reservation Systems (CRS), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), and e-travel platforms.
Candidates should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Candidates should be proficient in written and spoken Mandarin and English, as the role requires frequent engagement with Mandarin- and English-speaking customers.
Candidates with prior working experience will be given priority.
Candidates possessing a Diploma or Degree in Tourism or Hospitality will be given priority.
Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
岗位职责
To research destinations and new experiences to enhance tour offerings.
To develop and create tour packages, including itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, and pricing.
To coordinate with local partners, guides, hotels, transportation providers, and attraction sites.
To manage day-to-day operations, including booking systems and reservations.
To ensure all tour logistics—accommodation, transportation, meals, and guides—run smoothly. To ensure tours comply with all legal, safety, and health regulations, both locally and internationally.
To stay updated on visa, passport, and customs regulations for various destinations.
To prepare tour budgets and monitor cost control and profitability.
To build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and tour guides.
To negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with suppliers.
To handle unexpected situations such as delays, cancellations, or supplier-related issues.
To provide real-time solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfactory tour experience for clients.
To analyze feedback and recommend improvements to tour packages and operational processes.
