Role Objective
- We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Export Sales Executive to support our B2B international sales initiatives for rubber thread products. In this role, you will leverage your background in Business Administration, Accounts, or Finance to drive global revenue growth while supporting profitable and financially sound commercial agreements.
- With a strong focus on expanding our market share across the Asian manufacturing sector, you will play a key role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with rubber thread buyers.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Export Sales & Business Development
- Assist the Area Manager in identifying, prospecting, and securing new B2B accounts, including manufacturers, distributors, and traders, across targeted international markets.
- Support the end-to-end export sales process, from lead generation and product sampling to contract execution and post-sales service.
- Assist in developing and implementing export sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
Account Management & Market Intelligence
- Serve as a key point of contact for overseas clients, supporting commercial negotiations and product discussions in both Mandarin and English.
- Travel internationally to attend trade exhibitions, conduct customer visits, and support distributor performance reviews.
- Monitor market trends, including natural latex prices, competitor activities, and regional economic developments, to support sales strategy planning.
Financial Strategy & Commercial Administration
- Conduct pricing and margin analysis by evaluating production costs, rubber commodity prices, and freight expenses to support competitive and profitable pricing.
- Assist in managing international trade finance activities, including payment terms, customer credit assessments, and Letters of Credit (L/Cs), while helping to minimize commercial risks.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and financial reports, including variance analysis, for management review.
