Minimum 2 years of experience as a Course Counselor / Education Consultant

Degree in Business Management or Marketing

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and counseling abilities

Passion for education and student success

Basic computer and CRM knowledge

Excellent spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is an advantage.

Counsel students and professionals on university admissions and online courses

Recommend suitable academic and professional programs based on student needs

Handle inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media

Follow up with leads and guide students through the enrollment process

Achieve monthly admission and enrollment targets
