What we're looking for:

• 0–3 years of experience in Contact Center / BPO

• C1 English proficiency (mandatory for voice)

• Experience in inbound & outbound voice, chat & email

• Working knowledge of CRM tools

• Strong customer focus, problem-solving & multitasking skills

As a Process Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers — handling inquiries across voice, chat, and email with care, accuracy, and speed.

What you'll be doing:

• Handle inbound & outbound customer interactions via voice, chat & email

• Resolve queries accurately within defined SLAs

• Document all interactions correctly in CRM/ticketing systems

• Adhere to schedule, quality standards & InfoSec policies

• Meet individual & team performance benchmarks

• Participate in training, calibrations & continuous improvement initiatives
