Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications

• Good knowledge in accounting standards, bookkeeping principles and financial
  reporting.

• Responsible and reliable, able to work independently, committed and meet deadlines.

• Excellent interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels.

• Proficient in accounting software, familiar in Microsoft Office.

• 2 - 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably in a small to mediumsized business.

• Work at the center of Melaka City - Kota Laksamana

Job Description:

• Responsible in handling full set of accounts: AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation, P & L,
  and Balance Sheet; ensure timely and accurate month-end/year-end closing.

• Responsible for the overall accounting functions: processing invoices, payments,
  receipts, reconcile daily cash, E-Invoices and payroll.

• Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records, documentation, filing of the
  records and general office management

• Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.

• Providing support to the management team with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
