Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Assistant Manager, Account to support the finance and accounting team in managing daily accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling full set of accounts and monthly closing
- Prepare invoices, payments, and account reconciliations
- Managing client accounts and financial reports
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into accounting systems
- Liaise with clients, auditors, and internal departments when required
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable
- Assist in budget tracking and financial analysis
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
