岗位职责
· Responsible for assisting to oversee all accounting and finance functions for the department
· Ensure financial and management reports are completed and submitted according to the schedule, determined by the management
· Assist to prepare the financial analysis and interpretation of financial data.
· Responsible to communicate with all levels to drive financial performance.
· Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
· Liaise with banks, legal officers and other statutory bodies / authorities.
· Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required
· Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking/LCCI or equivalent.
· At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
· Candidates with working experience in the logistics industry would be an added advantage
· Experienced in inter-company and branches accounting practices and system
· Must be have good interpersonal and communication skills in English
· Possess strong analytical skills, meticulous and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
· Must be a self-starter with a high level of diligence, initiative, strong team player, well-organized, have high integrity and good sense of responsibility
· Good in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using computerized accounting system.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
