Join the dynamic sales team at Citadines Uplands Kuching as a full-time Sales Executive. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our premium serviced residences in the heart of Kuching, Sarawak. Based on-site, you will work closely with our customers to provide exceptional service and secure new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively reaching out to potential clients to promote our serviced residences and secure new bookings
• Providing outstanding customer service to existing clients, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to booking
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of sales leads and effectively managing the sales cycle
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Preparing detailed proposals and presentations to support the sales process
• Accurately tracking and reporting on sales performance to identify opportunities for growth
• Staying up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity and industry developments

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin or other local languages an advantage)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
