Requirements
Diploma or its equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Business or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing communications, branding, digital marketing, public relations, or community engagement within financial services industry.
Familiarity with Wealth / Insurance / Investment / Legacy OR Islamic Financial Products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and content creation.
Independent, proactive and a collaborative team player.
Familiarity with AI tools/platforms (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) to support content creation and communication initiatives will be an advantage
Responsibilities
Support the planning and execution of marketing and communications initiatives for Islamic Collective division.
Develop and coordinate communication materials across digital and offline platforms, including social media content, EDMs, brochures, presentation decks, videos, and marketing collaterals.
Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and tone across all communication touchpoints.
Support the development of culturally relevant and community-focused campaigns aligned with the initiative’s objectives.
Draft and coordinate marketing copy, captions, articles, newsletters, and communication materials.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to translate concepts and initiatives into clear and engaging communications.
Support the development of educational and awareness-based content surrounding legacy planning, amanah, wealth preservation, and related topics.
Support the management of social media platforms and digital engagement initiatives.
Monitor engagement trends and support community interaction across relevant digital platforms.
Assist in coordinating digital campaigns and marketing initiatives to strengthen outreach and awareness.
Work closely with Legacy Team, Compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of communication initiatives.
Coordinate timelines, approvals, and project deliverables across stakeholders.
Ensure marketing materials adhere to internal review and approval processes.
Maintain proper documentation and records of marketing materials, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
