任职资格
Certificate or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management or a related field
Several years of housekeeping experience with team supervision, as an Assistant Chief Housekeeper, 1st Housekeeper or hotel and cruise equivalent
Strong organisation, planning and quality-control skills
Experience managing linen, amenities and cleaning supplies and inventory
Good spoken English and a professional, guest-focused manner
Willing to work onboard a cruise ship on a 4-month contract
Open to Malaysian and Singaporean candidates
岗位职责
Supervise the stateroom and public-area housekeeping teams to company standards
Plan work schedules and inspect cabins and public areas for cleanliness and presentation
Manage linen, amenities and cleaning supplies and control inventory
Train, coach and motivate the housekeeping crew
Ensure hygiene, sanitation and onboard safety standards are met
Handle guest requests and resolve any housekeeping issues promptly
Report to the Executive Housekeeper
