任职资格
Secondary school in Hospitality or Tourism, or equivalent
At least 1 year in a similar housekeeping or cabin steward role on a cruise ship or in a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort
Strong cleaning and housekeeping skills with excellent attention to detail
Good spoken English and a warm, guest-focused attitude
Physically fit and comfortable with a demanding onboard schedule
Willing to work onboard a cruise ship on a 6-month contract
Open to Malaysian and Singaporean candidates
岗位职责
Clean, sanitise and maintain guest staterooms, balconies and corridors to company standards
Refill the mini-bar and amenities and supply fresh towels, toiletries and linen
Provide turndown and room service, and handle guest laundry requests
Deliver friendly, professional service and help guests with their needs
Report any cabin maintenance issues promptly
Follow all hygiene, sanitation and safety procedures onboard
