Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field

At least 3 years managing staff, plus at least 2 years in recruitment and industrial and employee relations

Skilled in investigation, negotiation, grievance and conflict resolution, coaching and counselling, and disciplinary processes

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Confident with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Willing to work onboard a cruise ship on a 6-month contract

Open to Malaysian and Singaporean candidates

Run the onboard HR desk and act as the first point of contact for crew HR matters and services

Participate in recruitment, internal mobility and talent development onboard

Handle investigations, disciplinary cases and crew complaints fairly and in line with company and MLC procedures

Coordinate the Welfare Committee and crew engagement, diversity and integration activities

Support the evaluation and promotion process and advise onboard management on HR decisions

Ensure the crew is informed of company guidelines and assist during HR-related inspections

Report to the Captain / Master
