Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Training & Development

2 years HRD experience; specializing in Talent Management/Training/ Development area

Strong in people, project, and change management

HRDF knowledge and experience

Fluent written and spoken English. Fluent (written and spoken)

Provide support to Senior Manager, HRD and work with HRBP team to drive and monitor the completion of Performance management, learning and development programs.

Generate the report and tracker to drive the completion of mandatory training and follow up to ensure 100% completion in country.

Assist and follow the process relating to talent management, succession planning and development of potential and mentorship.

Support HRBP team on talent management topics, process.

Prepare and coordinate Employee Development Reviews (EDR) at local level to assist Senior Manager and HRD.

Ensure follow up development plans for those identify employees with potential at country level.

Provide Talent Management data and analysis, EDR summary outcomes, talent pool analysis, KPI tracking and reporting as appropriate.

Support and track development plan and quality audit following IDP frameworks.

Work closely with functional training coordinators on training request process for HRDF applications to ensure timely submission.

Liaise with HRDC for all training claims and ensure the process is strictly followed on application, lodgment, claims etc. Monitor and provide the report on HRDF monthly.

Provide suggestions and recommendation on talent programs as appropriate to meet business needs and business process improvement on HRD overall.

Responsible for internship program and work with local universities closely on sourcing internship. Coordinate internship end to end process with hiring manager and HRBP and managing payroll and leave for all interns.

Any other assigned HRD related work by Senior managers HR and Senior Director HR.
