What you'll be doing
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients
- Ensure all food items are prepared according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and improve existing ones
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and requests
- Participate in inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff to improve their skills and efficiency
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef in the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with the team
- Proficiency in following and adapting recipes, as well as developing new menu items
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
