任职资格
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience in preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and maintaining sales records.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, responsible, and team-oriented attitude.
Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an added advantage.
Able to join immediately or within short notice is preferred.
岗位职责
Provide administrative support to the Sales team in daily operations.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders, and other sales-related documents.
Process customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Maintain and update customer records, sales databases, and filing systems.
Monitor order status, delivery schedules, and follow up on outstanding orders.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support on products, orders, and documentation.
Prepare sales reports, monthly summaries, and other administrative reports as required.
Assist in inventory coordination and stock monitoring when necessary.
Perform general administrative duties and any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
