Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen operations is an advantage, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods.
Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and committed to maintaining food quality and hygiene.
岗位职责
Prepare and cook fried chicken according to the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Ensure all food products are cooked to the required quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Monitor cooking times, oil quality, and equipment performance to maintain product consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, cooking equipment, and workstations.
Ensure sufficient stock of ingredients and inform the supervisor of any shortages.
Follow health, safety, and food handling guidelines at all times.
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating inventory using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method.
Work closely with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Shift Leader.
