Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience (more experienced candidates may be considered for the Manager position).

Proven experience in PCB Assembly (EMS), PCBA, ODM, or electronics manufacturing industry.

Strong B2B sales, business development, and account management experience.

Experience preparing quotations, costing analysis, and closing sales deals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the customer base and generate new business opportunities.

Promote and market the company's PCBA, Burn-In Board, and related manufacturing solutions.

Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing customers to support long-term business growth.

Prepare quotations, costing calculations, and commercial proposals.

Follow up on customer inquiries and negotiations to secure sales orders.

Collaborate closely with R&D and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and support product improvements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
