Experience in Telecom or retail industries preferred

• Education required a minimum SPM or equivalent (Fresh graduate students encouraged)
• Tech-savvy, confident, customer-oriented, persuasive, and outgoing.
• Strong communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Well-groomed with a neat, professional, and approachable appearance.
• Willing to work on the First and Last weekend (Sat - Sun) of every month.

1. Serve as the forefront that focusing in providing operational excellence to deliver and unmatched customer experience in retail store

2. Drive sales conversion in Telecom retail stores by engaging walk-in customers, explaining product/service benefits & closing sales.

3. Handle all enquiries, complaints and disputes accurately, efficiently and in a professional and friendly manners.

4. Consistently doing the follow up and keep customers well informed.

5. Consistently comply to the standard policies, procedures, way of works and operational guidelines.

6. Provide consistent feedback and creative ideas to Retail Leader/Retail Specialist in order to promote continuous improvement of store.
