- Pastry Manufacturing:
- Oversee the production of high-quality pastries, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement new pastry recipes and products.
Research and Development (R&D):
- Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations in pastry production.
- Conduct R&D activities to create innovative and appealing pastry offerings.
Costing and Budgeting:
- Develop and maintain accurate cost calculations for pastry production.
- Implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to recipes, production processes, and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3years of experience in pastry manufacturing.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent research and development capabilities to introduce new and creative pastry offerings.
- Proficient in costing methods and budget management.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
