Chargeman (A4) – Johor Bahru City Square Mall

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation and maintenance of building M&E systems, including electrical, ACMV, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and car park systems.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure safe and efficient building operations.
• Perform Chargeman duties, including electrical switching, inspections, and ensuring compliance with Suruhanjaya Tenaga regulations.
• Coordinate asset enhancement (AEI) projects with internal teams, consultants, and contractors while minimizing operational disruption.
• Supervise technicians, monitor maintenance activities, and ensure compliance with safety standards and SOPs.
• Identify and follow up on building defects, ensuring timely rectification and proper documentation.

Key Requirements

• Possess a valid Chargeman A4 Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga.
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in technical facilities management, preferably in shopping malls or commercial buildings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, ACMV, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and building services.
• Experience in asset enhancement (AEI) or project coordination is an advantage.
• Able to supervise technicians, manage contractors, and respond to technical emergencies independently.
• Willing to work at Johor Bahru City Square Mall.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
