• Create key visuals, mood boards, and infographics.

• Produce marketing collateral and social media content.

• Maintain Mega Air's proposal and brand design standards.

Research & Product

• Use ChatGPT and AI tools to research destinations, trends, hotels, and unique experiences.

• Curate and validate information for incentive travel proposals.

• Develop creative concepts and storytelling for client presentations.

Digital

• Build responsive microsites and landing pages for proposals and incentive programs.

• Update website content when required.

• Create interactive digital presentations and client experiences.

AI & Productivity

• Use ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gamma, and image-generation tools to accelerate proposal development.

• Continuously explore new AI tools to improve creativity and efficiency.

• Research destinations, hotels, attractions, restaurants, and unique experiences for incentive travel programs.

• Identify new travel trends, emerging destinations, and innovative event concepts.

• Develop creative themes, storylines, and concepts for corporate incentive trips and events.

• Create visually appealing proposal decks, mood boards, key visuals, and presentation materials.

• Prepare travel itineraries and supporting proposal content for client presentations.

• Support the sales team in proposal preparation and client presentations.

• Create marketing and promotional content for social media, websites, EDMs, and corporate materials.

• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gamma, Canva AI, and other productivity tools to enhance research, content creation, and proposal development.

• Monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to ensure product innovation and market relevance.

• Ensure all proposal materials are delivered accurately and within deadlines
