Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage preparation

Good customer service and communication skills

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards

Create cocktails, recommend drinks, and provide beverage suggestions to guests

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards
