3-5 years of experience in digital advertising account management, agency business development, or related client-facing roles within the advertising and media industry

Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously and achieving revenue targets

Strong understanding of digital advertising channels, including search, display, social media, video, and programmatic advertising

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex digital concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Demonstrated ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities

Experience in business development and new client acquisition within a competitive market

Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

Familiarity with digital marketing metrics, analytics, and campaign performance measurement

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)

Preferred: Experience with advertising technology platforms, media buying, or digital strategy consulting

Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients, ensuring revenue targets and profitability goals are met

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor on digital advertising campaigns

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the digital advertising sector, including prospecting, pitching, and winning new accounts

Collaborate with creative, media planning, and technical teams to develop integrated digital advertising solutions tailored to client needs

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure campaigns deliver on promised outcomes

Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and presentations for clients, highlighting key metrics and insights

Conduct regular business reviews with clients to discuss results, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for service expansion and upselling

Contribute to the development of agency capabilities and thought leadership in digital advertising

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project status within our management systems
