Overview

We are looking for a friendly, patient, and organized Receptionist cum Dispensary to join our veterinary team. As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in ensuring they feel welcome and supported.

This role involves managing front desk duties, assisting clients with purchases, dispense prescribed medication, and supporting the veterinary team.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Client Interaction

• Greet and assist clients from diverse backgrounds with warmth and professionalism.
• Dispense prescribed medications to clients with clear instructions.
• Assist walk-in clients with product purchases (pet food, toys, supplements, etc.).

2. Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate and organized reception records.

3. Environment & Team Support

• Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception and waiting area.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and assistants to support smooth clinic operations.

Requirements

• Candidate with SPM / Diploma / Degree
• Comfortable working around animal.
• Good physical condition and free from any health issues
• Age below than 40 years old.
• Patient, approachable, and enjoys working with people.
• Candidates with hospitality or customer service training will have an advantage.
• Ability to assess and initiate things independently.
