We are looking for a Community & Events Growth Executive to join our team.

This role is suitable for someone who enjoys planning events, meeting people, coordinating experiences, and helping a brand build stronger relationships with its customers and partners.

You will be involved in planning, coordinating, and executing events, community activities, brand collaborations, and customer engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone organised, energetic, resourceful, and confident in dealing with people.

• Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Hospitality, or related field

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in events, marketing, community building, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Confident in speaking to people and managing guests

• Organised, responsible, and able to multitask

• Creative, proactive, and willing to learn

• Able to work on selected weekends or event days when required

• Basic knowledge of Canva, Google Sheets, Instagram, TikTok, or simple content creation is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate company events, community activities, and brand activations

• Assist in creating event ideas that attract customers, communities, and partners

• Coordinate with internal teams, outlets, vendors, and external partners

• Manage event flow, registration, guest experience, and on-ground execution

• Support partnership and collaboration opportunities

• Assist in maintaining customer/community database and post-event follow-up

• Work closely with marketing team to create event content opportunities

• Support sales and marketing activities when required

• Ensure every event is well-organised, engaging, and aligned with the company’s brand
