At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in operations or similar role.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Able to work independently and lead initiatives effectively.

Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.

Analyze processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of operations.

Monitor performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management.

Identify issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruptions.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Support management in strategic planning and execution.
