Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Account Management.
Experience in Corporate Incentive Travel, MICE, Destination Management, Corporate Travel, Hospitality (Corporate Sales), Airlines, or Event Management is highly preferred.
Proven track record in acquiring new corporate accounts and managing key client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new corporate clients for incentive travel, meetings, conferences, and event solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, including HR, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Management teams.
Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and recommend suitable travel and event solutions.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry events.
Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and business presentations in collaboration with the Creative and Operations teams.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, project confirmation, and account handover.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project planning, execution, and client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects.
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and client functions to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
