Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, or Account Management.

  • Experience in Corporate Incentive Travel, MICE, Destination Management, Corporate Travel, Hospitality (Corporate Sales), Airlines, or Event Management is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in acquiring new corporate accounts and managing key client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel for client meetings and business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new corporate clients for incentive travel, meetings, conferences, and event solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, including HR, Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Management teams.

  • Conduct client meetings to understand business objectives and recommend suitable travel and event solutions.

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and industry events.

  • Prepare and present professional proposals, quotations, and business presentations in collaboration with the Creative and Operations teams.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, project confirmation, and account handover.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.

  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project planning, execution, and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to identify new business prospects.

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, trade shows, and client functions to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
