• SPM/SKM/Diploma/Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering

• At least 1 year of experience related to CNC Machinist Milling

• Ability to perform detailed failure analysis and apply systematic fault-finding methods.

• Knowledge of calibration, verification, and documentation practices.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with engineering and production teams.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and product reliability.

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC Milling machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications.

• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.

• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine settings.

• Perform machine setup, tooling changes, and offset adjustments as required.

• Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring instruments such as vernier callipers, micrometres, and height gauges.

• Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.

• Ensure products meet dimensional tolerances and quality requirements.

• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain good housekeeping practices.

• Record production and quality data accurately.

• Adhere to all safety, quality, and company procedures. procedures. understanding of machining processes and quality control requirements.
