Renewal Sales Representative (English Speaker)

Location: G Tower, Kuala Lumpur
Intake: 13 July
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (following assigned market)
Salary Package: RM5,500 - RM6,500 + RM300 Language Allowance + 12% variables (KPI)

Requirements:
- Malaysian citizens only
- Degree and SaaS, Google Ads knowledge is a must
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Must have experienced in BD, Account Management, at least 1-2 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of existing customers and proactively engage them throughout the contract lifecycle.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.

• Address customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues that may impact renewals.

• Negotiate renewal terms and pricing within approved guidelines.

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.

• Meet or exceed renewal revenue, retention, and productivity targets.

• Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
