We are looking for a passionate and experienced Japanese Fusion Chef to lead and support kitchen operations. The candidate should be skilled in Japanese cuisine preparation, creative fusion menu development, food quality control, and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.

• Prepare and cook Japanese fusion dishes according to company standards

• Handle food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation

• Create new menu ideas and seasonal specials

• Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients

• Monitor stock inventory and assist in ordering supplies

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area

• Ensure compliance with food safety and SOP standards

• Work closely with kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

• Train and guide junior kitchen staff when necessary

• Assist in kitchen setup and operational improvements
