任职资格

  1. Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
  2. At least 1–3 years of working experience as a Fitter or in a similar role.
  3. Knowledge of fitting, assembly, installation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
  4. Basic knowledge of welding, fabrication, or machining is an added advantage.
  5. Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
  6. Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  7. Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.

岗位职责

  1. Assisting Supervisor in lay out, fit, and fabricate metal components to assemble structural forms, such as machinery frames, bridge parts, and pressure vessels, using knowledge of welding techniques, metallurgy, and engineering requirements.
  2. Be responsible for the tools, equipment, and machines that are related to the job and report to the superior any malfunction or lost tools.
  3. Assisting Supervisor in align components using calipers, rulers, etc., and clamp pieces.
  4. Determining the appropriate welding equipment or method based on requirements.
  5. Assisting Supervisor in set up components for welding according to specifications (e.g. cut material with powered saws to match measurements)
